Things to Remember while Creating a Test for Shopping Cart Pages

Consider the following tips while creating Wingify tests for your shopping cart pages:

  • Use the Navigate mode while creating variations in Wingify editor. Using the Navigate mode allows you to add a product to your cart and then go to the checkout page where you want to create the test.
  • If you use the Edit HTML or Edit option, implement the change only on static elements so that element properties are not changed when you add a different product to the cart. Click here to learn how to use Wingify editor to modify elements.
  • Use the Add Javascript/CSS option to modify elements with dynamic content to retain the dynamic nature of the content.
  • Preview the test before making it live to make sure that all your changes are implemented correctly across all variations.
