Why Do I See a Blank Screen When Opening a Webpage?

There could be two possible reasons for the blank screen:

  • Wingify SmartCode is added twice on the same page. Make sure that you have only one instance of Wingify SmartCode on a webpage, or update to the latest version of the SmartCode, which has the ability to overcome multiple instances.
  • DOM-ready event fails to fire on the page for some reason. Click here to learn more about DOM events.
