As soon as a visitor is shown a survey, the displayed count increases.
Once the survey is displayed, if the user clicks anywhere on the survey widget or changes the value of any of the inputs, the attempted count increases.
If a user completely fills the survey, it is considered complete. For example, when user reaches Ask Email stage or Thank you stage of the survey.
